Kade Hovorka is a 2027 3B, OF, P with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Kansas City, MO who attends Winnetonka High School. Features a tall build with athleticism present - power will continue to improve as he adds strength to the frame. Displays athletic actions in the field. Uses a patient approach with good footwork into the catchpoint. Has a quick transfer into accurate feeds. Right-handed hitter. Utilizes an even stance with a wide base. Slightly coils during a simple pre-pitch timing mechanism. Swings on a linear path with loose, quick hands. Gets good extension out front. Quality approach allows for line drives to be sprayed to all fields. Has solid gap to gap power present with more coming down the line, with good barrel speed and some barrel control creating loud contact to and through the gaps in the outfield when on time and squared. Outstanding student.
